SERMA Technologies: Committed to the development of the battery field!
Apr 24

We’re proud to announce our commitment to the BATTENA regional project for the battery business training!

Initiated by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, this ambitious project aims to develop more than 200 training courses in the battery field by 2023, covering a wide range of subjects from materials to safety and battery recycling.

On 3 April, SERMA Technologies presented its contribution to this project to the Battery Working Group of the CSF NSE. Our representatives, Mathieu MEDINA and Cyril MARINO, shared our Group’s vision and the actions we will be implementing in this BATTENA project.

On 5 April, we had the honour of officially signing the launch of the BATTENA project in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

As part of this project, SERMA will create 14 new training courses covering a range of topics such as emerging technologies, manufacturing, reliability, HM/PHM, safety and recycling. Our innovative approach will include immersive learning methods such as virtual tours, augmented reality and streaming, providing an interactive and enriching learning experience.

With almost 20 years’ experience in the energy sector, the SERMA Group is recognised as a leading expert in battery technologies. Expertise, advice, reliability, characterisation and testing, SERMA is involved at every steps, from the smallest components to complete energy storage systems (batteries, power electronics, electric motors). Our state-of-the-art laboratories and testing centres, and our teams of experts are also mobilised for materials and electrochemical analysis.

We’re honoured to have been selected as one of the key players in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and we’re determined to make an active contribution to developing skills in the promising battery sector in France!
