Testing and qualification of power converters

SERMA has developed 5 test benches for testing, qualifying and characterising power converters for various sectors (automotive, transport, energy).

We have converters for a 1200V – 100kW power range: charger, inverter, DC/DC.

The benches allow tests to be performed on all phases of the product’s development cycle such as design and process validation, qualification, T°/humidity and T°/vibration combined tests.

In addition to conducting tests, SERMA offers a range of services allowing a complete qualification plan to be produced in partnership with external laboratories. For this, we have developed a mobile power bench.
