SERMA Experts have developed software tools to help manage more complex situations: circuits with a large number of connections (> 256 pins – microprocessors). These software tools are available for you to easily determine the weakness of your circuits.

SERMA has a vast library of hardware allowing the majority of packages available to date to be handled (> 200 test interfaces).

We offer precise circuit edits using modern modification stations (FIB V600), making it possible to work on all semiconductor technologies.
