Combined with our complete test facilities, this tool enables us to carry out a complete qualification (CDM compatible with very fine pitch, HBM, MM, Latchup) according to MIL, Jedec, ESDA, AEC-Q100 standards, as well as a more precise characterisation of the protection elements (TLP).
This combination of tests and software enhances failure analysis and improves product design.
