First worldwide event at Serma Technologies in Grenoble

For the first time in the world, the Digit Concept company has set up, within Serma Technologies premises, at Minatec in Grenoble, its new system SESAME777Cu, designed for electronic components decapsulation, delivering acids with no sample damage.

This small-sized device offers various solutions thanks to its new and high-performance system of acid delivery and mix (nitric acid, sulphuric acid).

Its operating temperatures, from 10°C up to 250°C, also increase processing capacity, particularly on the copper wired devices.
